Step 1: Introductory Discovery Call
Every journey begins with a 15-minute virtual discovery phone or zoom call. During this time, I’ll learn about your lifestyle, hair story, and desired look. After our call, you’ll receive an exclusive invitation to book your in-person consultation in Atlanta, Georgia (30 minutes from Hartsfield-Jackson Airport). A $250 non-refundable invoice and calendar link will be sent to officially reserve your consultation appointment. If you choose to move forward by placing a non-refundable 50% partial payment of your total wig order cost at the consultation, $250 will be deducted from your total wig cost. This initial payment allows us to begin production of your custom wig. Your remaining balance is due before the completion of the wig. You may also choose to pay for your selected hair before or during your consultation appointment.Step 2: Private Head Mold Wrapping and Measurements Session (In-Person | Atlanta, GA | 90 minutes)
Your bespoke journey begins with an elegant, head mold wrapping and measurements session. Please arrive with your natural hair free of extensions and styled the exact way you plan to wear it underneath your wig. I will create your custom head mold pattern, take precise head measurements, review sample lace and hair options, and finalize your desired wig design—including cap construction, parting preferences, and any additional customizations. You will receive a final invoice package outlining the total cost of your wig order.Step 3: Wig Production
Once at least 50% of your total wig order is paid, I begin building or customizing your custom wig cap foundation to your unique head mold for a precise fit. After your wig foundation is finalized and your selected hair is carefully sorted and prepared, your bespoke piece will enter its assigned final production stage. At Martina Giavonché, we work on one client at a time to uphold the highest standard of craftsmanship and timely production. This service includes lace hairline replacement, a professional wig wash, and basic styling. Additional cost of hair or advanced styling is not included. A: Not at all. While we proudly serve clients experiencing hair loss and protective styling needs, we also create bespoke wigs for fashion and special occasions such as weddings, red carpet events, stage performances, film, production, fashion, pageants, milestone birthdays, and more.Q: Are in-person fittings required?
A: Yes, we require one in-person consultation for your first wig purchase. A final in-person fitting/wig pick up is required for all first-time clients 3 to 16 weeks after your assigned production window. We do not rush orders at this time.Q: Do you allow virtual fittings or travel?
A: Virtual consultation head mold fittings are not available during this booking cycle. We highly recommend you travel to Atlanta so that Aisha can create your very first head mold. As long as we keep your head mold pattern on file, future orders will not require another in-person consultation. Aisha will travel only by request.Q: I’m traveling from out of town. How does the process work for non-local clients flying to Atlanta?
A: We offer a seamless and elevated experience for non-local clients by completing your consultation and wig foundation fitting within 1 to 3 days, depending on material availability. Most clients fly in to Atlanta on Day 1 and return home on Day 2 or 3 after a 15-minute wig cap fitting. If you’re unable to stay past day 1, we can ship your wig cap to your home for an easy wig cap try on. Once confirmed, simply return the cap to us by mail, and your bespoke wig will enter production. Final fitting or shipment will be scheduled 3 to 16 weeks later, based on your assigned production window.Q: Can I provide my own hair?
A: For best results, we highly recommend sourcing through us to ensure quality control and alignment with your wig’s final design. It features a hand-ventilated lace front and parting area for a natural hairline, combined with wefted hair extensions throughout the interior for added volume and efficiency. May be created using premium raw virgin hair, synthetic hair, or human virgin hair. Estimate Production time: roughly up to 5-8 weeks.

Q: What is a Customized Lace Front Wig (Wig Refront)?A: A Customized Lace Front Wig (Wig Refront) is a semi-bespoke option where a pre-made wig is upgraded with a newly constructed, bespoke premium hand-ventilated lace hairline. The original lace is removed and replaced with a custom HD lace front designed to match your natural hairline and create a more seamless, realistic finish. This service offers the look of a bespoke wig with a shorter turnaround time. Production time: 7-28 days

I am a high-end bespoke wig artisan that specializes in creating high end, one-of-a-kind bespoke handmade wigs for women navigating hair loss, seeking protective styling, or desiring fashion hair solutions for upscale events, production, and/or special occasions. Each wig is custom, made-to-order by private appointment only. Due to the high demand of bespoke wig orders, there is a priority waitlist you must join if you wish to buy a wig. First, join the bespoke wig waitlist. Once books open, you will receive an email with a private invitation & application link to book your consultation appointment (located in Atlanta, GA). Your non-refundable consultation fee will be applied to your wig should you choose to move forward with us. A 30-minutes virtual consultation call and an in-person initial and final fitting is required for all first time clients. During the consultation experience you will have a chance to view and sample some of our Custom Handmade Lace Wigs if in stock. All appointments are private.Please ensure you arrive on time to get the best experience. While all of our wigs are made to custom head mold/measurements and made-to-order, getting a design fully handmade in-house and ventilated entirely from scratch is considered "Bespoke" while hairline customization of a pre-manufactured factory made wig is considered “Semi-Bespoke.”Pricing
Our Bespoke Handmade Wigs are the ultimate custom option that allows you to create your one-of-a-kind wig with high end raw unprocessed hair and a custom handmade or customized wig cap. Bespoke handmade lace wigs start at $7,995 to $15,000+ and pricing varies based on the amount of hair needed, lace front sizing, wefting, coloring, and total labor. Production time for our bespoke wigs typically vary from 6-12 weeks depending on the hair sourcing and preparation wait time.Our Semi-Bespoke lace wigs are a customized lace wig option where the hairline of a pre-made lace wig is replaced with a bespoke handmade lace frontal that is attached to the wig. Production time typically ranges from 7-30 days. Pricing for semi-bespoke starts at $3850. Applicable sales tax and cost of hair/wig is not included in starting prices.Toppers
The base pricing for bespoke toppers range from $6,800 to $12,000.Color, advanced styling, and cutting/shaping may be arranged with a licensed cosmetologist based on their rates. Cost of hair needed for wig production ranges anywhere from $800 to $2500. 50% of the total wig cost + cost of hair is due upfront to start the wig order. The final 50% is due before the finalized shipment or pick up date. Additional financing and payment plans are offered,All online consultations are recorded for quality and training purposes.
